Made from expanded polypropylene (EPP), KNAUF iSHORE® sheets offer an innovative technical solution for a wide range of industrial applications.
Composed of 94% air, they combine lightness, mechanical strength, isotropy (X, Y, Z) and durability. Their unique properties include excellent shock absorption, remarkable resilience, and thermal and acousticinsulation capabilities.
Ideal for cushioning, reusable packaging, crating, machining and decoration, these sheets can be adapted to all your production runs (small to large). With temperature resistance from -40°C to 110°C, a textured finish and low VOC emissions, they're a must-have for demanding manufacturers.
Resilience and multi-impact
PPE is the ideal material for energy absorption, thanks to its resilience and identical behavior in all three directions.
Closed-cell foam
KNAUF iSHORE® sheets are isotropic (identical mechanical behaviour in 3 directions: X, Y, Z) and waterproof.
